To assist the residents of Miami-Dade County in achieving significant improvement and sustainable economic, vocational, career and social development.

• Build support for youth through community volunteer mentors, skill development, tutorial programs and job banks.
• Initiate and coordinate drug and alcohol preventative and rehabilitative services.
• Partner with technology producers and universities to establish and maintain tutorial programs, emphasizing scholastic excellence, job placement, and community outreach.
• Establish social and recreational programs for disenfranchised youth and senior adult.
